Bone-shaped cheesy breadsticks stuffed with mozzarella, brushed with garlic butter, and served with marinara dipping sauce for a spooky Halloween snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package pizza dough refrigerated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded or string cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Rolling pin
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into strips.
  3. Add cheese and fold dough, sealing edges.
  4. Shape ends into bone knobs.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan.
  7. Serve with marinara dipping sauce.

Notes

For crispier bones, bake an extra 3 minutes. Marinara makes the perfect 'bloody' dip.
