Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 3 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
  • 1 cup green beans frozen or fresh
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
Tater Tot Topping
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

  • 9x13-inch baking dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine ham, soup, milk, cheddar, green beans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer mixture to baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Arrange tater tots on top and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until tater tots are golden and casserole is bubbly.
  6. Cool 5–10 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Prepare ahead by assembling in advance. Add extra veggies or cheese for variety.
