Ingredients
  

Dough & Filling
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough 16 oz
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup tomato sauce pizza or marinara
Garlic Butter & Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a 12x10 inch rectangle.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly, sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and mini pepperoni.
  4. Roll dough tightly, pinch seam, slice into 12 pieces.
  5. Brush tops with garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Cool 3–5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

Roll dough tightly to prevent cheese leakage. Can be prepped ahead and baked when needed.
