Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough into a 12x10 inch rectangle.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly, sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and mini pepperoni.
- Roll dough tightly, pinch seam, slice into 12 pieces.
- Brush tops with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Cool 3–5 minutes.
- Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
