Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Sprinkle cheese on each triangle and place a slice of pepperoni near the wide end.
- Roll crescent from wide end to tip to form a cone shape. Pinch tip lightly to secure.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle Italian herbs if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with optional ingredients and serve warm.
Notes
These crescents are best served warm. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes to retain crispiness.
