Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Prepare Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and cheese.
  4. Combine pasta and chicken with sauce and serve.
