Ingredients
  

Main
  • 3 cups cooked pasta rotini, penne, or fusilli
  • 2 cups grilled chicken sliced or diced
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese shaved or grated
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup croutons
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • optional lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and let cool.
  2. Slice grilled chicken, halve cherry tomatoes, and chop romaine lettuce.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and Parmesan.
  4. Pour Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle croutons on top before serving. Serve with optional lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, add cucumbers, bell peppers, or olives.
