  • 2 pieces chicken breasts skinless, boneless
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce washed and trimmed
  • 2 slices bread or sandwich rolls toasted

Method
 

  1. Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness for uniform cooking.
  2. Mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Coat chicken in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Toast the bread or rolls lightly.
  6. Spread Caesar dressing on top and bottom slices of bread.
  7. Layer lettuce and cooked chicken on the bread, assemble sandwich, and serve immediately.

Notes

Optional additions include bacon, tomato, or avocado for extra flavor. Chicken can be baked instead of pan-fried for a lighter version.
