Ingredients
  

Chow Mein
  • 8 oz chow mein noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
Sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through and remove from pan.
  4. Stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
  5. Add noodles, chicken, and sauce; toss until coated and glossy.
