Chicken Cutlets
  • 2 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil for frying
Honey Syrup
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Slice and pound chicken breasts into even cutlets.
  2. Prepare flour, egg wash, and seasoned breadcrumb bowls.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in heated oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Warm honey with olive oil and garlic over low heat.
  6. Drizzle honey syrup over chicken and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Drizzle honey just before serving to keep coating crispy.
