Main Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour for dredging
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • ¾ cup Marsala wine
  • ¾ cup chicken broth

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Tongs
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Dredge chicken in flour and sear in skillet with oil and butter.
  2. Sauté mushrooms and garlic in skillet.
  3. Deglaze pan with Marsala wine and reduce.
  4. Add chicken broth and return chicken, simmer until cooked.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Do not overcook chicken to maintain tenderness.
