Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
Sauce
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan grated

Method
 

  1. Season chicken thighs and sear in hot oil and butter until golden.
  2. Remove chicken and sauté onions, mushrooms, and garlic in same pan.
  3. Add broth, cream, parmesan, and herbs, stirring into a smooth sauce.
  4. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish and serve hot with preferred sides.

Notes

For extra depth, add a splash of white wine before the cream. Serve immediately for best texture.
