Method
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Toss chicken with chili garlic sauce and marinate 20 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough on floured surface.
- Brush dough with olive oil and spread minced garlic.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella over the dough.
- Add chicken, onion, and bell peppers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer pizza to preheated oven and bake 12–15 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro or parsley, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with extra chili garlic sauce for more heat. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
