Ingredients
  

Pizza
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced, optional
  • 0.25 cup bell peppers thinly sliced, optional
  • fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

  • Pizza stone or baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Toss chicken with chili garlic sauce and marinate 20 minutes.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on floured surface.
  4. Brush dough with olive oil and spread minced garlic.
  5. Sprinkle half the mozzarella over the dough.
  6. Add chicken, onion, and bell peppers.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Transfer pizza to preheated oven and bake 12–15 minutes.
  9. Garnish with cilantro or parsley, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with extra chili garlic sauce for more heat. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
