Ingredients
  

Coconut Base
  • 2 cups shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 0.33 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded coconut and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls and place on lined tray.
  5. Dip balls into melted chocolate.
  6. Chill until chocolate is set.

Notes

Chill mixture briefly if too soft to roll.
