Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup butter softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup toffee bits
Chocolate Coating
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chopped

Method
 

  1. Prepare cookie dough and fold in toffee bits.
  2. Bake cookies until golden and cool completely.
  3. Melt chocolate and dip cookies halfway.
  4. Allow chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

Sprinkle flaky salt on chocolate before it sets for extra contrast.
