Ingredients
  

Tart Shell
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup butter cold, cubed
  • 1 egg yolk
Filling
  • 6 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp orange juice fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare tart dough and press into mini pans.
  2. Bake shells until lightly golden and cool.
  3. Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate.
  4. Stir until smooth, then add orange zest and juice.
  5. Fill shells and chill until set.
