- In a medium bowl, combine chopped chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in chopped crispy bacon and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Slice sub rolls in half and toast lightly with butter or olive oil if desired.
- Layer shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on the bottom half of each sub roll.
- Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese if using.
- Place the top half of the sub roll on each sandwich and serve immediately.
- Optional: cut sandwiches in halves and serve with chips, pickles, or a side salad.
Notes
