Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped or shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked until crispy and chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 soft sub rolls
  • Butter or olive oil optional, for toasting

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chopped chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fold in chopped crispy bacon and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Slice sub rolls in half and toast lightly with butter or olive oil if desired.
  4. Layer shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on the bottom half of each sub roll.
  5. Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese if using.
  6. Place the top half of the sub roll on each sandwich and serve immediately.
  7. Optional: cut sandwiches in halves and serve with chips, pickles, or a side salad.

Notes

For meal prep, prepare filling ahead and assemble sandwiches before serving. Add extra veggies or hot sauce for variation.
