- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a springform pan.
- Make the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- Simmer cranberries, sugar, and water until thickened.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and melted white chocolate.
- Layer batter and cranberry swirl in the pan.
- Bake 55–70 minutes until set around edges.
- Chill at least 6 hours before serving.
Notes
Top with extra cranberry sauce and white chocolate curls for a festive finish. Cheesecake improves after chilling overnight.
