Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.25 cup sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate melted
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Make the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Simmer cranberries, sugar, and water until thickened.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and melted white chocolate.
  6. Layer batter and cranberry swirl in the pan.
  7. Bake 55–70 minutes until set around edges.
  8. Chill at least 6 hours before serving.

Notes

Top with extra cranberry sauce and white chocolate curls for a festive finish. Cheesecake improves after chilling overnight.
