Ingredients
  

Popcorn
  • 8 cups popped popcorn plain or lightly salted
Coating & Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • green gel food coloring to tint
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.25 cup crushed candy canes optional
  • red candy heart sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

  1. Place popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate in microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir in green food coloring until evenly tinted.
  4. Pour chocolate over popcorn and toss gently to coat.
  5. Add marshmallows, crushed candy canes, and red heart sprinkles while still warm.
  6. Spread popcorn on parchment-lined sheet to cool and harden.
  7. Break into clusters and serve or store in airtight container.

Notes

Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.
