- Place popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl.
- Melt white chocolate in microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in green food coloring until evenly tinted.
- Pour chocolate over popcorn and toss gently to coat.
- Add marshmallows, crushed candy canes, and red heart sprinkles while still warm.
- Spread popcorn on parchment-lined sheet to cool and harden.
- Break into clusters and serve or store in airtight container.
