Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Flatten each biscuit dough into a circle.
- Add apple mixture and one caramel candy to the center.
- Seal dough tightly and roll into a ball.
- Brush with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Roll warm bombs in cinnamon sugar and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served warm. Reheat in air fryer for crisp texture.
