Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups apples peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 12 caramel candies unwrapped
Dough & Coating
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough into a circle.
  4. Add apple mixture and one caramel candy to the center.
  5. Seal dough tightly and roll into a ball.
  6. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  7. Roll warm bombs in cinnamon sugar and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served warm. Reheat in air fryer for crisp texture.
