Ingredients
  

Biscuits
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits quartered
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter cubed
Custard
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Place biscuit pieces evenly in dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, sugars, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Pour custard over biscuits and gently toss.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with maple syrup or powdered sugar.
