- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
- Place biscuit pieces evenly in dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugars, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour custard over biscuits and gently toss.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with maple syrup or powdered sugar.
