Ingredients
  

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk chilled
  • 4 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Scoop solid coconut cream into a bowl.
  2. Melt dark chocolate until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to coconut cream.
  4. Pour in melted chocolate and whip until fluffy.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Use only full-fat coconut milk for best results.
