Condensed Milk Lemonade

Ingredients
  

Lemonade
  • 4 fresh limes washed, quartered with peel
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ice cubes as needed
  • lime slices and mint leaves for garnish

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Pitcher
  • Glasses

Method
 

  1. Wash and quarter the limes, leaving peel on.
  2. Add limes, water, and condensed milk to blender. Blend for 10–15 seconds only.
  3. Strain through fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract liquid.
  4. Serve immediately over ice, garnished with lime slices and mint.

Notes

Do not over-blend or the drink will taste bitter. Best served immediately after preparation.
