Ingredients
  

Oats Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cookie Dough Mix-In
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips plus extra for topping
  • 2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
  • pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Stir together oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Combine peanut butter, almond flour, mini chocolate chips, and salt into a dough mixture.
  3. Fold cookie dough mixture into oats until evenly combined.
  4. Portion oats into jars and top with extra chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Can be stored up to 5 days in the fridge. Adjust milk for desired consistency.
