Method
- Combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Divide mixture into 12 portions and shape into small patties.
- Cook patties on a preheated skillet or grill 3–4 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Add half-slice of cheddar to each patty during the last minute and cover to melt.
- Toast slider buns until golden brown.
- Assemble sliders with BBQ sauce, patty, pickle, and optional toppings. Cap with top bun.
- Arrange on platter, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Can add bacon, jalapeños, or avocado for extra flavor. Sliders are perfect for parties and meal prep.
