Ingredients
  

Slider Patties
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 for juiciness
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
Assembly
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese halved
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • 0.25 cup barbecue sauce or more to taste
  • optional lettuce, tomato, onion
Garnish
  • fresh parsley for garnish
  • extra barbecue sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  2. Divide mixture into 12 portions and shape into small patties.
  3. Cook patties on a preheated skillet or grill 3–4 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. Add half-slice of cheddar to each patty during the last minute and cover to melt.
  5. Toast slider buns until golden brown.
  6. Assemble sliders with BBQ sauce, patty, pickle, and optional toppings. Cap with top bun.
  7. Arrange on platter, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Can add bacon, jalapeños, or avocado for extra flavor. Sliders are perfect for parties and meal prep.
