- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook noodles until al dente; drain.
- Sauté vegetables in butter until tender.
- Stir in flour, then gradually whisk in broth and milk.
- Season and add chicken and noodles.
- Transfer to baking dish and top with buttered breadcrumbs.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
