- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange frozen tater tots evenly at the bottom of the dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and heavy cream in a large bowl.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar with the mozzarella.
- Spread cream mixture evenly over tater tots, then sprinkle with bacon.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything, then top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until golden and set in the center.
- Cool slightly, top with green onions, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Assemble the night before for an easy make-ahead breakfast. Add vegetables or use turkey bacon for lighter options.
