Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 30 oz frozen hash browns thawed
  • 8 eggs large
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Spread hash browns evenly in dish and top with bacon.
  3. Whisk eggs, sour cream, seasoning, and spices.
  4. Stir in cheese and pour over casserole.
  5. Bake 40–45 minutes until set.
