Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 for juiciness
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon cooked crispy
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter for toasting buns
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion slices until caramelized. Set aside.
  3. Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, add cheese in last minute to melt.
  5. Toast brioche buns with butter until golden.
  6. Assemble burgers with mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, cheese-topped patty, bacon, and caramelized onions.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Optional: add pickles or avocado slices for extra flavor.
