- Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté onion slices until caramelized. Set aside.
- Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, add cheese in last minute to melt.
- Toast brioche buns with butter until golden.
- Assemble burgers with mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, cheese-topped patty, bacon, and caramelized onions.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
Optional: add pickles or avocado slices for extra flavor.
