- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water and drain the rest.
- In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Add reserved pasta water to the sauce gradually to reach desired creaminess.
- Toss pasta with avocado sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes, Parmesan or vegan cheese, and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
