Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups pasta shells
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Equipment

  • Large skillet or pot
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add pasta, liquids, and seasonings and simmer until tender.
  3. Stir in cheese until creamy and serve hot.

Notes

Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
