  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté gently until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  5. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Simmer briefly until thickened, then remove from heat.
