Ingredients
  

Panna Cotta Base
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 0.25 cup cold water for blooming gelatin
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Garnish
  • cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • whipped cream optional

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom 5–10 minutes.
  2. Heat cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves; do not boil.
  3. Stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add eggnog, vanilla extract, and nutmeg; mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into individual glasses or ramekins and cool slightly.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, and optional whipped cream.

Notes

Use high-quality eggnog for best flavor. Chill thoroughly for smooth texture.
