Ingredients
  

Dip
  • 8 oz feta cheese in brine
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.75 cup green olives pitted and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped
  • black pepper to taste
  • red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Add feta, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon zest to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in chopped olives and herbs.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with olive oil and herbs.

Notes

Chill for 1 hour to deepen the flavor. Serve with warm bread or veggies.
