Ingredients
  

Chicken & Broth
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger optional
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chili flakes optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear in skillet over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side. Slice when cooked.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic (and ginger) 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth and water. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt/pepper.
  5. Reduce heat and whisk in heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
  6. Cook ramen noodles separately, drain, and divide between bowls.
  7. Pour creamy garlic broth over noodles and top with sliced chicken.
  8. Garnish with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and optional chili flakes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Keep noodles separate until serving to prevent sogginess. Adjust garlic to taste.
