Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear in skillet over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side. Slice when cooked.
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic (and ginger) 1–2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and water. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt/pepper.
- Reduce heat and whisk in heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles separately, drain, and divide between bowls.
- Pour creamy garlic broth over noodles and top with sliced chicken.
- Garnish with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and optional chili flakes. Serve immediately.
Notes
Keep noodles separate until serving to prevent sogginess. Adjust garlic to taste.
