Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional, for color
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic; sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine, scraping up browned bits.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens. Adjust seasoning.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot over pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor. Sauce can be made ahead and reheated before adding chicken.
