Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and simmer briefly.
  5. Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until coated with sauce.

Notes

Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. Reheat gently to keep sauce creamy.
