- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 - Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
 - Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
 - Whisk in parmesan until melted and sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
 - Return chicken to skillet. Add pasta and toss to coat evenly.
 - Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
 
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated parmesan. Reserve pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.
