Garlic Cream Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

Method

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Scrape up browned bits from skillet.
  5. Simmer sauce 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
