Method
- Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Scrape up browned bits from skillet.
- Simmer sauce 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Return pork chops to skillet. Simmer 5 minutes, spooning sauce over meat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with sides immediately.
Notes
Adjust seasoning or cream for richer flavor. Optional wine deglaze adds depth.
