- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; reserve pasta water.
- Season and sear steak in hot skillet; remove and set aside.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and parmesan, stirring until smooth.
- Toss in tortellini and steak, adding pasta water as needed.
- Simmer briefly and serve garnished with parsley.
