- Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In skillet, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook until golden. Drizzle with honey and toss until glazed. Remove and set aside.
- In same pan, melt butter. Whisk in flour, cooking 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk and cream. Simmer until thickened.
- Stir in cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until creamy.
- Add pasta and chicken to sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra black pepper.
Notes
For crispy topping, add breadcrumbs and bake. Adjust honey and pepper for personal taste balance.
