Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta penne or fusilli
  • 8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz mixed seafood
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Prepare cream sauce with butter, garlic, flour, cream, and milk.
  3. Add seafood and cook briefly.
  4. Combine sauce with pasta and cheese.
  5. Transfer to baking dish and top with breadcrumbs and parmesan.
  6. Bake until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Use raw seafood only for best texture.
