Ingredients
  

Pasta Bake
  • 12 oz short pasta
  • 1 lb mixed seafood
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  3. Sauté onion, garlic, and seafood briefly.
  4. Prepare a roux with butter and flour, then add milk to thicken.
  5. Stir in cheese until smooth.
  6. Combine pasta, seafood, and sauce.
  7. Transfer to baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake until golden.

Notes

Use fresh seafood and avoid overcooking before baking.
