- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with brown sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
- Fold in finely diced apples, toffee bits, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until evenly distributed.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Drizzle with caramel sauce and add extra toffee bits for garnish.
- Serve with fresh apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping.

Make ahead and refrigerate for up to 3 hours. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
