Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to soft peaks
Mix-ins
  • 2 cups apples peeled and finely diced
  • 0.5 cup toffee bits or chopped Heath bars
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt
Topping & Serving
  • 0.5 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 0.25 cup caramel sauce for drizzle
  • extra toffee bits for garnish
  • fresh apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with brown sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
  3. Fold in finely diced apples, toffee bits, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Drizzle with caramel sauce and add extra toffee bits for garnish.
  6. Serve with fresh apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping.

Notes

Make ahead and refrigerate for up to 3 hours. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
