  • 2 cups almond flour blanched
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp optional herbs or spices garlic powder, rosemary, paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, eggs, olive oil, salt, and optional herbs until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Place dough between parchment sheets and roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
  4. Score into squares or rectangles with a pizza cutter.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and firm.
  6. Cool completely on baking sheet, then separate crackers.
  7. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
