Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Bites
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even crisping.
  5. Check for golden-brown edges and crisp texture.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauces of your choice.

Notes

For extra crunch, coat with a light layer of breadcrumbs. Serve immediately for best texture. Can be seasoned with buffalo or soy sauce for flavor variations.
