Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Spray chicken breasts with olive oil spray.
- Coat each chicken breast in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
- Place in air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 7–10 minutes until golden and 165°F internal temp.
- Rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Pound chicken to even thickness for best results.
