- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss wings in a large bowl with olive oil and baking powder until evenly coated. Sprinkle seasoning mix over wings and toss again.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For extra crunch, increase temperature to 425°F (220°C) for the last 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, toss wings in buffalo sauce or garlic parmesan after cooking. Store cooked wings in refrigerator up to 4 days.
