Method
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
 - Whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
 - Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chopped apples.
 - Heat oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
 - Remove fritters and drain on paper towels or a wire rack.
 - Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm fritters.
 
Notes
Best served fresh and warm. Store in airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in oven for crispiness.
