Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment or light greasing.
- Set up three bowls: flour, eggs with milk, and panko with Parmesan and seasonings.
- Dredge chicken tenders in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange tenders on baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Bake 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately with dipping sauces of choice.
Notes
Optional: add herbs or spices to breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor. Serve with roasted veggies or salad.
