Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders or chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment or light greasing.
  2. Set up three bowls: flour, eggs with milk, and panko with Parmesan and seasonings.
  3. Dredge chicken tenders in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange tenders on baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve immediately with dipping sauces of choice.

Notes

Optional: add herbs or spices to breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor. Serve with roasted veggies or salad.
