Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 1 lb salmon fillets skinless
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes and pat dry.
  2. Prepare breading station with flour, eggs, and seasoned panko.
  3. Coat salmon in flour, egg, then panko.
  4. Heat oil and fry salmon until golden and crispy.
  5. Mix bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Toss salmon lightly in sauce or drizzle before serving.
